Enjoy 30 minutes of indoor cycling and 30 minutes of sculpting to improve muscle tone and strength. The class ends with core work and stretching.

SPIN
Spin is the original all-level spin class that features a 45-minute cardio ride, including a warm-up and cool-down, followed by core body strengthening and stretching. For everyone from the beginner to the highly experienced exerciser. The emphasis is on providing a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels. The instructor incorporates basic to intermediate techniques with a focus on proper form and offers more challenging options for experienced participants.


BOOT CAMP
This RESULTS DRIVEN workout focuses on taking your training to the next level. Emphasis on muscular strength, agility, core stability and a wide range of sports specific movements. This class will challenge even the most seasoned athlete and weekend warrior!


NOON CIRCUIT
This is a class designed to keep you moving from equipment to equipment, free weights are also incorporated and spin cycle. Workout routine will differ from easy to extreme. You will involve all body parts as well as cardio during this hour session. This is a great class to help beginners start on equipment. All fitness levels are guaranteed to benefit. This class delivers a serious workout with lots of fun.


CROSSFIT
CrossFit...Constantly Varied, Functional Movements, Performed at a High Intensity. CrossFit delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We've used our same routines for elderly individuals with diabetes and elite athletes one month out from competeing. We scale load and intensity; we don't change programs. Gentle Yoga ~ This class is designed to stretch and strengthen the body, connect you to your breath, and center your focus. This class is for newer students, students with injuries and seasoned practitioners who want to focus on technique.

Moderate Yoga ~ A dynamic and lively class where students move through graceful poses, with attention to the breath, flowing and challenging both body and mind. Suitable for most – as there is a level of each posture appropriate for every practitioner.

Power/Vigorous Yoga ~ A fun and playful class for those who are familiar with the basic yoga poses and who want to move! Expect to sweat and leave totally relaxed and smiling!



CORE & CARDIO
Target and challenge the abdominals, back, and hips in this intense and dynamic workout. You will learn how to effectively strengthen the core using proper form and technique! By building core strength, you will be able to improve your posture and ward off low back pain!


CARDIO KICKBOXING
Burn calories and blast fat! Turbo Kick® mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move it! The unique movement patterns, combinations and techniques work together to give YOU the ultimate cardiovascular workout that will melt fat and reshape your body! Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm-up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a mind/body like cool-down designed to maximize weight loss!
